One of my favorite spots in my home to shop for and decorate is my Kitchen. I have always felt that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and where everyone always seems to gather. I know in our home, it seems like we spend most of our time in there! Some of my most cherished memories growing up are those of my mother cooking and baking in our kitchen, and her kitchen is still the BEST place on earth to be at lunch or dinner time!

I LOVE vintage and farmhouse in the kitchen! I have vintage jello molds, embroidery, and a very old wooden cabbage cutter hanging on the walls. I love accenting with vintage jadeite, stoneware and yellowware mixing bowls, old scales, floral tea tins and canisters, cook books and I could go on and on!! I feel like my kitchen tells a story, and it's fun knowing that these items had a life before me! The nostalgia of both styles creates such a warm and comforting space to cook, bake and spend time with family and friends.
